On 29 and 30 October 2016, many meaningful gifts from Quang Minh Construction and Power Water Joint Stock Company were given to flood victims in Hoa Hai commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province, one of the areas severely damaged in the last flood.

    Hoa Hai Commune, Huong Khe District, Ha Tinh Province is a mountainous commune located in Vu Quang National Park. Here people mainly live by farming. Due to the harsh geographical conditions, their lives are still difficult.

     During the last flood, Hoa Hai commune was submerged in the water. All property, crops, livestock and poultry were swept away by flood waters. At present, the flood water has withdrawn, but people’s lives still face many difficulties.

      Facing with these losses, all staff of Quang Minh Construction and Power Water Joint Stock Company together donated money, rice, clothes, etc. to support families experiencing natural disasters to stabilize their lives early.

      Not being afraid of the long way, wind and rain, the relief vehicle of Quang Minh Construction and Power Water Joint Stock Company went to the Huong Khe flooded area to personally give meaningful gifts to the people.
