1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Control items related to fire protection systems (Fire fighting), air conditioning systems (HVAC), water supply and drainage systems (Plumping, Sanitary).

- Making construction drawings and implementing jobs at site, organizing the construction apparatus, monitoring the progress and quality according to the standards applied at the construction site.

- Making Bill of Quantity, prepare quotation, order materials and equipment and control construction equipment and tools, labor.

- Making the completed volume documents and approving the completed volume according to the progress.

- Coordinating with the Employer, the consultant, the general contractor to take over each part, take over each phase and take over the completed work.

- Understanding fire prevention standards and regulations, designing and appraising fire protection documents.

- Understanding the construction and taking over standards for handing over the system to the authorities.

- Promptly resolving and reporting to superiors about problems arising on site.

- Performing works related to project documents storage.

- Performing other jobs as required.

2. STANDARDS

- Qualification: Graduated from University, majoring in fire protection, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electricity.

- Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint office software. Priority to know how to use Autodesk Revit.

- Understanding the standards and regulations of the law on construction of the fire protection, water supply and drainage, HVAC systems.

- Understanding English documents to meet job requirements.

- Experience: Accepting a fresh graduate engineer; Having more than 2 years of experience is an advantage; Priority is given to candidates with experience in FPF and HVAC.

- Quality: Good morality, amiable attitude, cooperation at work, careful, honest, agile, enthusiastic, always ready to accept new tasks as required by the company.
